Just got home from church and i see sum1 is up here representing besides me. Aint nobody cryin you guys were deeper on both sides of the ball and except for 1 blown coverage you were shut out. We had a WR playing FS and a RB playing SS and you guys still only completed 1 PASS!!! You say you were missing a QB ok how many you got I know I saw 2 or 3 guys taking snaps. Sure we had some guys make mistakes 1 of which cost us a score, but if you guys think playing tough run D against a patchwork O-Line and a TD pass against a thrown together secondary is a good show fine.

<P>first and for most the Mustangs didn't split...those former Mustangs wasn't apart of&nbsp;the summer team and had no plans to play football til spring 2011 so the Mustangs moved on without them. Unfortunately those players was fed&nbsp;a bunch of lies about our owner and his organization and didn't have enough balls to not listen to a bunch BS by a team who couldn't recruit its own players. So they had to start off by using former Mustangs!!!!! I suggest u do ur homework on that situation cause its not what it looks like. One thing about us is that we continue to move forward no matter what happens. WE HAVE A TRUE LEADER WHO NEVER STOPS OR QUITS!!!!!</P>

Nah mustang,not a recruiting error just like you been cryin foul bout having ppl missing so did we 5 linemen, lb, te,qb,rb.&nbsp; No "coach" should ever make excuses for why his players on the field aint gettin the job done. And you cryin bout starters missin. Heck your team split and you rebuildin and ur in your second scrimmage and you got starters already give me abreak.&nbsp; Bottom line the one's you puton the field didn't handle they business and ohhow quickly you telling everybody on the guessbook who u didn't have...stop wit this nonsense.

Pete this is 4 you. As far as the DBs go both safetys were offensive players filling in for starters that werent there, the corner that was beat for 6 was also not a starter. 5th year vet is killing me by saying we only had 20 yds on thr ground, I can recall 2 plays of @ least 20 yds( the QB bootleg and the cutback run by #4) there was also 3 runs totaling about 15yds right b4 the TD pass. Including QB scrambles nd 4th qtr id say it was more like 40 or 50 yds rushing, we dropped more passes then your QBs got off. I also want to say that having 30 players and only 6 lineman nd bunch is a recruiting error, a team is built from the LINE great skills dont matter if your QB is on his back.

Ptwn Mustang you make a few valid points. The 4 man rush was causing a little confusion for the Rhinos line, but my assessment on that was not a lack of knowledge on whom to block but from all the fumbled snaps from bad center qb exchanges that had the ball rolling around right at the line&nbsp;or back to the line&nbsp;of scrimmage from their shotgun formation,so your d-line's reaction time made it easy for them to get off or past the set up blocks. Maybe we weren't watchin the same game but Mustangs running game was non-existant. Rhinos D-line and speedy DE was in the backfield practically the whole game stuffing the run. You may have broke off a couple nice runs at best becuase of Rhinos LB's displaying poor tackling at times. I question how Mustang defensive backs play zone because it's quite obvious the Rhinos receiving corps is a lot faster than last seasons group, by the frequency of which they ran right past Mustang DB's. Yes offensively you spread the Rhinos out with a few mismatches but Mustang wr's have got to catch the ball when they are open. Actually the rhinos had 28 dressed and only 6 were linemen. If the Mustangs where missing 5 starters as you say and the rhinos 6 linemen played both ways...hands down the Rhinos had a much better outing to hold you guys to six points off a blown TD pass coverage. Overall i would venture to say Rhinos &amp; Mustangs are the two best teams in the Virginia division. Can't wait see what the Carolina teams look like at the upcoming Jamboree.

Well Rhinos I dont know what to say, I enjoyed the Deffensive struggle but iam a little confused. We were missing 5 starters on O and @ least 3 on D while you guys rolled out there 30 deep @ least. All that considered we moved the ball on the ground only to shoot ourselves nd foot with fumbled snaps ( backup qb and center didnt show until 3rd qtr ). Seemed 2 me that you guys were lost when we spread you out, with our 3rd qb. Overall i feel it was a even game, but the 4 man rush was gettin there.

Look bro You typed an entire paragraph to prove my point, im not taking anything away from the rhinos. All im saying is that some of the players that helped the team recieve those accolades are NOT there anymore!

Who cares about all those stats they mean nothing to us....fact of the matter is Rhinos are 0-1 vs the Mustangs and Saturday we will show yall why we should be the preseason favorites to win it all.
